Biodiversity Baseline Survey and Monitoring Plan / Lochaline

The Community Association of Lochs and Sounds (COALAS), in the ongoing Lochaline Native Oyster Project, will conduct baseline surveys in 10 new potential sites for restoration, as well as continue the biophysical and chemical monitoring on their sites. With the funding provided by SMEEF they are now able to purchase survey equipment to conduct this work.

COALAS was awarded £14,988.98 for this work. This grant round was made possible with funds from the Nature Restoration Fund (NRF). For more information about how to contribute to SMEEF contact manager@smeef.scot
